    Virtual water cooler for solopreneurs.

    Collabo began as a Lean Startup experiment that was quickly validated by a private Facebook Group my co-founder and I established to test hypotheses and assumptions. We acquired 45 beta testers at $0 CPA and achieved nearly 4x the industry average email open rate.


    Custom branded hand stamps across a network of NYC event venues.

    Pilot tested the concept with two brands and seven venues. Included an in-person "surprise and delight" program that rewarded consumers with brand swag in real time.
